2012 NWA Emergency Management Conference Brochure

The Annual NWA Emergency Management Conference is scheduled for Tuesday November 6th from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Lunch will be provided. Your local area hospitals and clinics from all six counties (Washington / Benton / Carroll / Madison / Boone / Newton) will come together at NWACC – Shewmaker Center in the Walmart Auditorium. We are asking all Federal / State / County and Municipal leaders and or representatives to attend with a Target Audience of: Health Care, Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, State Health, Volunteer Organizations. Mental Health, Students, Instructors, Coroners, HAM Radio, County OEM’s and LEPC’s, Transportation, Corporate EM, etc…

Guest Speakers will lead us through important information as it pertains to Emergency Management followed by Question and Answer Sessions. In the afternoon, there will be a short table top exercise that will be done by groups according to your county. This exercise will meet HSEEP requirements for anyone needing a Table Top Exercise for your organization this year. Several vendors from across the country are scheduled to attend. This is focused on the 6 listed counties but attendance is welcomed by anyone regardless of profession or geographic location.
